I don't think I've written much about Manamea OR Terina since we moved back so I'm cleaning the pictures off my phone and blogging about all the things each girl has done these past 6 months.
Manamea had her first Valentines day.....which she didn't really bother to wake up for. Kasala was in Vegas for the weekend so we didn't do anything special.
Here she is around Valentines day. She is almost 2 whole months old here.
Manamea survived her first road trip. We drive down to Salem for a weekend. It was completely last minute but a lot of fun. This was the end of February so she was about 2 months old. We went to the children's museum and shopping off course. This picture was in the bedroom at Alma and Toga's house. Manamea slept well and was no terrible at all!
March was when Manamea went in her first swing ride. She doesn't look like she's enjoying it in the picture but she likes the swing. She didn't like the baby swing but she loves the dolphin swing. For some reason these 3 pictures are all stuck together and I 'm running out of patience trying to fix it. Baby Sai and Manamea are only a month apart. This picture was at the beginning of March I think when we were over at their house hanging out. And the middle picture is of Manamea and Terina having their first "offical" girls movie night in Terina's room. They watched Tangled and Manamea actually stayed in there the whole movie with Terina! She love being in bed with her sister and climbing on her and pulling her hair.
She liked the play mat for about 2 seconds. I should have kept the receipt for this one.

Picture taken March 23rd. Baby is now 3 moths old and spending a lot of time with her Dad. He had her on a schedule where they sleep most of the day. It works for both of them and Grandma is entertained by Terina all day until I get home from work.
This was just a cute picture. It's like she grew up overnight! I was at work one day and when I came home she was sitting up and wanting to eat baby food. She isn't very mobile yet (or at least in this picture she wasn't) but she actually liked playing in the basket! It kept her entertained for a while and I was able to get done what ever it was I was doing.
This was the first BIG mess that Manamea made all by herself. I made the mistake of leaving a bag of salad on the table within her reach and the next thing I knew she was throwing it all over the place. And of course Terina just sat there and laughed which just made Manamea more excited.
There's so much more that is going on with this little girl. I'm still trying to come up with a little nickname for her. Manamea just gets to be a little long sometimes. Terina calls her Mimi sometimes...maybe that will stick. As of her 6 month check up she was 18 lbs and 27.5 inches. She's healthy and VERY vocal. She's starting to rock back and forth and I'm sure she'll be crawling by the end of next week.
She's such a sweet spirit. Very loving and happy. We are so blessed to have her in our family. She balances out her crazy and LOUD sister. I can't wait for them to grow up together and have one of those love/hate sister relationships that I never had.
