Rainbow School May Day

Rainbow School did May Day this year with their graduation and The Fabulous Frogs did a few dances from New Zealand. They did poi balls, the stick dance and the haka. Terina had so much fun learning new dances and she loves to wear her costumes around the house. Being here in Hawaii Terina has had so many different opportunities to learn about the different Pacific Island cultures. She is even starting to pick up on some of the other languages too. It's just been so great to be here and I wish we could stay a little longer. I think having her do Kindie here would be fantastic too but I know that it's not part of our "5 year plan." May Day is just one of the many wonderful things that kids get to do here during school. Everything is such a huge production too and I'm just glad that Terina got a little taste of what May Day is like in Hawaii.
